POLICIES OF OPERATION

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

THE WALKERDINE PARTNERSHIP is defined as THE WALKERDINE PARTNERSHIP, BEST AMAZING OFFER, CHRISTIAN CHOICE ONLINE & EFFORT IN MONEY OUT provides its service to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, which we may update at any time without prior notice to you (the "customer").  In addition, when using particular (The Walkerdine Partnership) services, you and (The Walkerdine Partnership) shall be subject to any of the following guidelines or rules. By placing an order, customer indicates acceptance of all posted terms and conditions.

PRICING

Customer cost per item is clearly stated on the OFFER pages, and ORDER FORM.

TERMS OF SALE

All sales are prepayment only. (The Walkerdine Partnership) accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express via PayPal, PayPal. Our recommended method of payment is for credit card (via PayPal) payment online, at our shopping cart, with shipping rates automatically figured at the time of payment- -this prevents any delays in processing payments.

SHIPPING

Customer is responsible for actual shipping costs. Customer is responsible to inform (The Walkerdine Partnership) of lost or damaged shipments. ALL shipping charges fees are non-refundable. Customer pays for all shipping at the time of purchase, as calculated by our shopping cart.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.

BACKORDERS

(The Walkerdine Partnership) strives to maintain a complete inventory of our offered product line. Although it is very rare for an item to be unavailable, if temporary product unavailability will cause shipping times to exceed our stated processing time (28 business days following receipt of payment), we will notify the customer via email of the order status. All backorders will ship once item(s) are available, unless customer has contacted us prior with instructions to cancel.

RETURN POLICY

Customer is responsible to contact (The Walkerdine Partnership) regarding all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorisation. Return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of Order date, and are valid 30 days from date of issuance. Please note the following return conditions and how appropriate credits are determined.

Customer received order, but item(s) are defective upon receipt (manufacturer defect)

(The Walkerdine Partnership) will issue a full credit for cost of item(s), or complete replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective product must be returned to manufacturer, (The Walkerdine Partnership) will pay for all return shipping.

Customer refuses delivery, or package is returned to (The Walkerdine Partnership) as undeliverable

(The Walkerdine Partnership)  will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee.

Customer accepts order, then wants to return it for personal reasons

NO QUIBBLE 30 DAY GUARANTEE     

(The Walkerdine Partnership) will issue a credit for cost of item(s),  once the item(s) has been returned to us (return shipping at customer's expense)    All returns should be sent to: The Walkerdine Partnership, Theophilus, 8 Garland Road, Ware, Hertfordshire UK. SG12 7BH.   Allow up to 28 business days for The Walkerdine Partnership to process returns from the date they are received.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders/backorders may be cancelled prior to shipping, at no cost to customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax.

PROCESSING

All orders will be processed and ship 1-3 business days from the time that payment is confirmed. All orders placed after 5pm will not be received by (The Walkerdine Partnership) until the following business day. (The Walkerdine Partnership) is happy to accommodate faxed, mailed or emailed orders, to accommodate Customers needs. HOWEVER, we strongly recommend prepayment by credit card at our online shopping cart, to prevent any possible delays--remember, we will ship orders 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Shipping costs include package handling and administration charges.

INDEMNITY

You (the "customer") agree to indemnify and hold (The Walkerdine Partnership), and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the above services (the "service"), your connection to the service, your violation of said service, or your violation of any rights of another.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customer expressly understands and agrees that (The Walkerdine Partnership) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if The Walkerdine Partnership has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service; the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service.
